Stuart Saw is Senior Vice President, Esports at Endeavor. Operating in more than 30 countries, the company is a global leader in entertainment, sports and fashion. Endeavor is the parent of a number of subsidiaries with leadership positions in their respective industries, including WME, IMG and UFC.

Saw is a leading authority in the gaming, esports and digital content ecosystem with extensive leadership experience in global business development, sales, content production and product/community development at established companies and early stage startups in London, New York and Silicon Valley.

At Endeavor, Saw runs Esports and heads up initiatives with game developers, leagues, teams and brands. Notably, Saw manages Endeavor’s partnership with Epic Games, leading to successful events such as the Fortnite celebrity pro-am charity tournaments at E3 2018 and 2019 and the record-breaking Fortnite World Cup at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, NY. In addition, Saw works closely with brand partners represented by Endeavor Global Marketing and new partners looking to enter the Esports industry.

Prior to joining Endeavor, Saw served as the first Regional Director, EMEA at Twitch. After launching Twitch’s EMEA Content Acquisition, Marketing & Sales teams which grew to 25 people under his tenure, he was responsible for doubling the regions users and sales revenue, yearly. Saw moved to Twitch’s HQ where he built out long term strategy paired with end to end business development for the company’s largest vertical, Esports as well as new emerging content verticals.

Prior to Twitch, Saw was recruited as Director of Operations for a streaming technology startup in London, offering a then groundbreaking encoding technology. It was there Saw honed his technical and business development skills, offering a SaaS from signal acquisition via satellite, through to delivery and monetization in a state of the art video player for clients such as The Associated Press, numerous media outlets and live sporting events.
